# Using CorpSec AI on your phone

> The same workspace, reshaped for a phone. Add it to your home screen, drive it from a hamburger drawer and a bottom sheet, and photograph a passport straight into a task — with a clear steer on what is better done at your desk.

**In short:** CorpSec AI works in your phone’s browser and can be added to the home screen as an app (PWA) — it opens full-screen. The three-column workspace becomes a mobile shell: a hamburger opens the navigation drawer, search opens the command palette, and a details button slides up a full-screen sheet with the Details / Document / Workflow tabs. The paperclip offers Take photo, opening the rear camera to snap a passport or BizFile straight into the conversation. Heavy work — bulk import, workflow customisation, long document review — is best on desktop.

> **Note:** There is no separate app to download from an app store. CorpSec AI is a progressive web app — you open it in your mobile browser and, if you like, add it to your home screen so it launches like a native app.

## Add it to your home screen (live)

Open CorpSec AI in your phone’s browser and add it to your home screen. It then launches in standalone mode — full-screen, no browser chrome, its own icon — and opens straight to your dashboard.

1. **On iPhone (Safari)** — Tap the Share button, then Add to Home Screen. The CorpSec icon appears on your home screen.
2. **On Android (Chrome)** — Tap the ⋮ menu, then Install app / Add to Home screen. Chrome may also offer an install prompt automatically.
3. **Launch it** — Tap the icon — it opens full-screen at your dashboard, just like a native app.

> **Tip:** Installed or not, it is the same live workspace and the same login — anything you do on the phone is instantly there on your desktop, and vice versa.

## Finding your way around

On a phone the three columns fold into one screen with a top app bar. The centre — the AI conversation and step cards, where you do the work — is always in view. The other two columns are one tap away.

_[screenshot: The mobile app bar: a hamburger on the left, the current task/view title in the middle, and search + details buttons on the right, above the conversation.]_

- ☰ Hamburger (top-left) — opens the navigation drawer: your menu and the company-grouped task list. Tap a task or company and the drawer closes to show it.
- 🔍 Search (top-right) — opens the command palette to jump to anything quickly.
- ⬛ Details (top-right) — slides up a bottom sheet (nearly full-screen) holding the right-panel tabs: Details, Document, Workflow, Activity, and the rest.

> **Note:** The details sheet opens only when you tap the details button — never automatically on selecting a task — so the conversation stays in front while you work. Swipe it down, tap the X, or press Esc (external keyboard) to close it.

## Photograph a document into a task (live)

A corporate secretary’s raw material is often a photo — a passport, an NRIC, a BizFile printout. In the conversation composer, tap the paperclip and choose Take photo: it opens your rear camera directly, and the snapped image goes through the same pipeline as any uploaded file, so the AI can read it into the task.

> **Tip:** Choose Take photo for something in front of you; choose Choose files to attach a PDF or image already on your phone. Client forms you send also support camera upload, so clients can photograph their own ID — see Client forms & e-signing.

## What to do on the phone vs the desktop

The phone is built for the things you do on the move — reviewing, approving, replying, capturing a document. A few tasks are simply more comfortable with a full screen:

| Great on mobile | Better on desktop |
| --- | --- |
| Checking your task list and deadlines | Bulk-importing a client book (spreadsheet + column mapping) |
| Reading and replying in the AI conversation | Customising workflow templates step by step |
| Snapping a passport / BizFile into a task | Long document review with inline comments |
| Approving or marking a step done | Generating an inspection pack |
| Sending a client form or a signing reminder | Managing members, rules and the fee schedule |

> **Note:** Nothing is blocked on mobile — the whole product is available. This is about comfort: wide tables, the mapping grid and the step editor are easier to work through on a larger screen.

## Frequently asked questions

### Is there an iOS or Android app to download?

No separate store app. CorpSec AI is a progressive web app — open it in your mobile browser, and optionally add it to your home screen to launch it full-screen like a native app.

### Can I photograph a passport straight into a task?

Yes. Tap the paperclip in the conversation and choose "Take photo" to open the rear camera. The image is read into the task through the same pipeline as any uploaded file.

### Where did the right-hand details panel go on my phone?

It becomes a bottom sheet. Tap the details button in the top-right to slide it up; it holds the same Details / Document / Workflow / Activity tabs as the desktop right panel.

### Is the mobile version missing any features?

No feature is removed. Some tasks — bulk import, workflow customisation, long document review, inspection packs — are just more comfortable on a desktop’s larger screen.

### Does my phone work stay in sync with my desktop?

Yes. It is the same live workspace and login on both, so changes appear on the other device immediately.
