**In short:** Bizfile+ is ACRA’s online filing portal for Singapore entities. It is where companies and their filing agents incorporate entities, file annual returns, update officers and shareholders, and lodge other statutory transactions with ACRA, using Singpass to log in.

## What can you do on Bizfile+?

Bizfile+ is the single gateway for ACRA filings. Common transactions include incorporating a company, filing the annual return, lodging appointments and cessations of officers, updating the registered office address, and buying business profiles and extracts.

- Incorporate a new company or register a business.
- File annual returns within 7 months of FYE.
- Lodge director and secretary appointments and resignations (within 14 days).
- Update registered office, share capital and shareholder details.

## Who uses Bizfile+?

Company officers can file directly using Singpass, but most companies appoint a corporate secretary or a registered filing agent to prepare and lodge transactions on Bizfile+ on their behalf.
