About CorpSec AI

Compliance work should be confirmed, not typed.

CorpSec AI is an AI-first platform for Singapore’s corporate secretaries. We build software that does the compliance work end-to-end and hands the professional a finished result to confirm — so a small firm can run a large client book without cutting corners.

Our mission

Give every CSP the leverage of a much larger firm.

Singapore runs on its companies, and corporate service providers (CSPs) are the people who keep those companies compliant — drafting resolutions, filing with ACRA, running KYC, and never missing an Annual Return or AGM deadline. It is exacting, deadline-driven work, and most of it is still done by hand.

Our mission is to make that work AI-native: the AI reads the company data, drafts the correct statutory document, screens the client, and lines up every deadline — and the corporate secretary simply reviews and confirms. Buttons over input boxes. The result is a firm that can take on three times the client book without three times the headcount, and without ever compromising on compliance.

The problem

The CSP Act 2024 raised the bar overnight.

On 9 June 2025, Singapore’s Corporate Service Providers Act 2024 took effect. It replaced the light-touch filing-agent regime with a full compliance framework: every CSP must register with ACRA, appoint a Registered Qualified Individual, perform customer and enhanced due diligence, screen clients against sanctions and PEP lists, keep records for at least five years, and file suspicious transaction reports. Breaching the AML/CFT duties can cost up to S$100,000 per breach — and senior management can be personally liable.

For a small or mid-size CSP, that is a step-change in workload landing on the same headcount. Spreadsheets and manual screening do not scale to it. This regulatory tailwind is exactly where CorpSec AI fits: we operationalise every one of those duties so the burden becomes a workflow, not a liability.

Our approach

AI does the work. The professional keeps the veto.

Finished results, not blank forms

The AI reads the company profile and drafts the correct document with the right statutory wording — you confirm rather than compose.

Human-in-the-loop by design

A second AI checks every draft, and nothing is screened or filed without a qualified person’s sign-off. The professional is always accountable.

Auditable and Singapore-resident

An append-only audit log, masked NRIC/passport numbers, and data hosted in Singapore — built for a regime where you must prove what was done and why.

The model

We serve the firms that serve the companies.

CorpSec AI is B2B2B: we equip CSPs, and CSPs serve tens or hundreds of companies each. One firm adopting CorpSec AI puts the platform to work across its entire client book, which makes each relationship deep and compounding. It also gives us a natural channel — the accountants, lawyers and incorporation agents who refer, or embed, corporate secretarial services.

Combined with the CSP Act 2024 tailwind — a newly regulated market that must upgrade its compliance operations — this is a durable, expanding wedge into Singapore’s corporate services layer, with the same playbook applicable to other ACRA-adjacent jurisdictions over time.
